My name is Martina Chan, and I’ve been dealing with weight loss for as long as I can remember!
From a very young age, my favorite “reading material” was books about dieting.
I can guarantee you that I have tried every diet invented up until 2017.
They all had ONE THING IN COMMON — the lost kilograms always came back like a boomerang.
You should know that I am an extremely ambitious person who truly hates it when something doesn’t work out…
2017 was the year I took up endurance cycling. Previously, I'd do spin classes in the gym, ride the citi bike around the town, but back then I decided - I want to be able to ride 100 miles + and compete at various cycling events around the world. Why? Because - WHY NOT?
I took my training to another level.
I took my nutrition to another level.
I TOOK MY MINDSET TO ANOTHER LEVEL
I decided to STOP REPEATING OTHER PEOPLE’S METHODS, which always had something that wasn’t a fit for me.
That was the moment I chose to CREATE MY OWN WEIGHT LOSS METHOD
A method that:
- focuses on building strong mindset that’s well equipped to handle life events and derailments from the plan.
-helped me personally lose almost 10 kilos and build the stamina to compete on the bike.
-gave me solid foundations to cope mentally, emotionally and physically during pregnancy and post partum.
