My name is Martina Chan, and I’ve been dealing with weight loss for as long as I can remember! From a very young age, my favorite “reading material” were books about dieting.
I can guarantee you that I have tried every diet invented on this planet. They all had ONE THING IN COMMON — the lost kilograms always came back like a boomerang. You should know that I am an extremely ambitious person who truly hates it when something doesn’t work out… so…..
I decided to educate myself by taking up courses in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Behavioral Change Therapy in Sports and Fitness.
Why? Because I felt like I was missing something. Because you can download any diet and nutrition plan that’s available, but you won’t have the results you want unless you do the ground work.
